I’m really drawn to Anya Gallaccio’s work because of how she plays with nature and time. She often uses organic materials like flowers, fruit, and even ice, which slowly change or decay over the course of her installations.
I love how her pieces evolve, going from something beautiful to something that’s falling apart, reminding us of how fleeting things can be. It’s interesting how she challenges the idea of sculpture as something permanent, making her art feel alive and ever-changing in the space.
